কেন ইংরেজি সরাসরি টাকায় পরিণত হয়
বাংলাদেশ বিশ্বের শীর্ষ ফ্রিল্যান্সিং দেশগুলোর একটি। কিন্তু যে দুটো জিনিস বেশিরভাগ বাংলাদেশি ফ্রিল্যান্সারকে পিছিয়ে রাখে তা হলো — দুর্বল প্রোফাইল বায়ো এবং ক্লায়েন্ট কমিউনিকেশনে আত্মবিশ্বাসের অভাব।
ভালো ইংরেজি মানে বেশি বিড জেতা, বেশি রিটেইনার ক্লায়েন্ট, এবং বেশি রেট চাওয়ার সাহস।
১. প্রোফাইল বায়ো — প্রথম ১০ সেকেন্ড
ক্লায়েন্ট গড়ে ১০ সেকেন্ড প্রোফাইল দেখে। প্রথম দুই লাইনেই সিদ্ধান্ত নেয়।
দুর্বল বায়ো (এড়িয়ে চলো):
"I am a hardworking and dedicated freelancer with 3 years of experience. I can do many things."
শক্তিশালী বায়ো:
"I help SaaS companies write onboarding emails that reduce churn. 50+ projects delivered, 5-star average."
ফর্মুলা:
I help [who] [do what] [result].
নিজের কাজ অনুযায়ী তৈরি করো:
- "I help small businesses build fast, mobile-friendly WordPress websites."
- "I design logos and brand identities for startups that need to look professional from day one."
- "I translate English documents into Bengali with 100% accuracy — certified translator."
২. Proposal লেখা — সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ দক্ষতা
খারাপ proposal = কাজ নেই। ভালো proposal = কাজ + ভালো রেট।
কাঠামো:
১ম অনুচ্ছেদ — তাদের সমস্যা দেখাও:
"I noticed your website loads slowly on mobile — I checked it just now and it scored 42/100 on PageSpeed. I have fixed this exact issue for 12 clients in the past six months."
২য় অনুচ্ছেদ — তুমি কী করবে:
"I will optimise your images, minify CSS/JS, and configure caching. This typically brings mobile scores above 85."
৩য় অনুচ্ছেদ — প্রমাণ:

শেষ লাইন — প্রশ্ন রাখো:

একটি প্রশ্ন দিয়ে শেষ করলে reply পাওয়ার সম্ভাবনা দ্বিগুণ হয়।
৩. ক্লায়েন্ট কমিউনিকেশন — ৮টি টেমপ্লেট
প্রথম মেসেজের উত্তর:
"Thank you for reaching out. I would be happy to help with [project]. Could you share more details about [specific thing]? This will help me give you an accurate quote and timeline."
কাজ শুরুর আগে নিশ্চিত করা:
"Before I begin, I want to confirm the scope: [list exactly what you will deliver]. Does this match your expectations?"
আপডেট দেওয়া (মাঝপথে):
"Quick update: I have completed [X] and am now working on [Y]. On track to deliver by [date]. Let me know if you have any questions."
ডেলিভারি:
"Hi [name], your [project] is ready. Please find it attached / at this link: [link]. Let me know if you would like any revisions."
রিভিশন চাওয়া হলে:
"Of course — happy to make those changes. Just to confirm: you would like me to [specific change]. I will have this back to you within [time]."
দেরি হলে:

নতুন ফ্রিল্যান্সাররা রেট বলতে ভয় পায়। এই বাক্যগুলো সাহায্য করবে:
- "My rate for this project is $[X]." — সরাসরি, দ্বিধামুক্ত
- "Based on the scope, I would estimate $[X]–$[Y]." — range দিলে নমনীয় লাগে
- "This is my standard rate for this type of work." — ব্যাখ্যা দেওয়ার দরকার নেই
- "I can work within your budget if we adjust the scope." — না না বলার বদলে বিকল্প দাও
